Mercury staffing has the state of the art training centers at various locations in India for CGFNS and NCLEX. Currently we are recruiting from India, Europe, Philippines, Africa, South America and Middle East with minimum education of Bachelor in Nursing (BSN), many nurses have Master (MS) in nursing. They are expertly skilled in general nursing and many of them work in specialty system areas such as E.R, Psychiatry, Neurosurgery/Neurology, Pediatrics, ICU, CCU etc. are based on the model of the American University System. All nurses screened & skills evaluated by our board certified burse practitioner who is also our director of continuing education.
SELECTION PROCESS & PRESCREEN TEST
Mercury employs an elaborate & stringent screening process of high standards, which ensures that the incoming nurses meet the qualifying levels of competency as prescribed by institutions in the host country. The design and pattern of the same are a result of extensive research and fall in line with the industry standards.

An intensive and systematic training is imparted to each nurse for them to achieve prescribed competency levels. The curriculum at Mercury has been designed by USA Faculty members who come with an average experience of more than 15 years in nursing education/training.
