Mercury Staffing Inc. based in USA actively recruit nurses from overseas and places them in the Health Care Industry through out USA.

You must meet the following basic education/qualification requirements in order to apply.
      BS/Diploma in Nursing
      CGFNS certificate, TOEFL

Terms & Conditions

      MSI responsible to arrange immigrant visa to the Nurse to do a permanent job in US
      Nurse is responsible to pay the agreed processing fee in three equal installments
      Nurse is responsible for the transportation and related cost to reach US.

Immigration Visa Process in USA:
   
      Receive necessary documentation from Nurse
      Collect & Review by executive recruiter
      Send the documentation to Sponsor for preparing Immigration Forms & approval.
      Sponsor approves and send the documentation to MSI to send it to Nurse for her/his signatures
      Nurse will sign and send the papers to MSI
      MSI send back the papers to the sponsor to file the same with INS
      INS will send a receipt notice to MSI
      INS will send after 4-5 months (usually) the outcome of the petition.
      MSI will update to Nurse on the above.
      After Immigrant visa petition approval by INS, MSI will arrange the packet to the Nurse to do consular processing outside the United States.
      This completes the process of visa petition.

Consular Processing outside USA:


Processing cycle/time differs from one nationality to another nationality. Please check with MSI by e-mail.

Job Responsibilities of Nurse
Nurses responsible to perform some of the following tasks

      Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
      Obtain report from nurse he/she is relieving and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action as necessary.
      Perform other related duties as directed by the Unit Coordinator
      Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
      Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing assistants, restorative nursing assistants, residents, families and physicians.
      Assume responsibility for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within the assigned unit.
      Provide report to nurse coming on duty, including sufficient information for follow-up action if necessary.
      Counsel nursing assistants and recommend disciplinary action, when necessary, to the Director of Nursing Service.
      Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action immediately.
      Identify resident problems and emergency situations, and initiate immediate "life saving" measures in the absence of a physician.
      Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
      Provide clinical supervision of nursing assistants providing direct resident care.
      Attend staff meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned.
      Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action.
      Follow, supervise and evaluate the implementation of the Resident's Rights Program.
      Participate in facility education programs and coordinate student activities with the Director of Nursing Education.
      Order medications as necessary.
      Participate in the employee evaluation process by providing information on the clinical performance of nursing assistants to the Director of Nursing Service.
      Administer and document medications and treatments per the physician's order and accurately record all care provided.
      Follow facility discharge/transfer procedure and coordinate discharge/transfer with other departments, physicians and ancillary service providers.
      Document comprehensive assessment of each resident.
      Develop an accurate comprehensive care plan based on each resident' s comprehensive assessment.
      Observe, evaluate and document all changes in residents' conditions.
      Document resident care provided and resident's response or lack of response to care provided.
      Knowledgeably and competently perform basic nursing skills.
      Report changes in residents' conditions to a physician, Director of Nursing Service and responsible party promptly and to take follow-up action as necessary.
      Complete documentation related to the resident's discharge/transfer.
      Assess resident needs and initiate development of individualized plans of resident care.
      Review and revise resident care plans as necessary and as required by regulations.
      Participate in resident care conferences as assigned.
      Provide direct resident care and give instruction to nursing assistants related to resident care.
      Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
      Notify physician, when necessary, of changes in residents' conditions, weight, medication errors, medication not available, abnormal laboratory/x-ray results and any other unusual observations.
      Perform comprehensive assessment of each resident.
      Supervise response to resident's call for assistance.
      Listen to resident, family, or physician concerns and initiate corrective action and/or report concerns to Nursing Supervisor.
      Count narcotics check emergency kit and exchange keys.
      Prepare nursing assistants' assignments and explain all pertinent resident care.
      Check all meals to ensure that the proper diet is served and residents are assisted as necessary.
      Follow facility admission procedures and communicate resident admission to other departments, physicians and ancillary service providers.
      Complete report for facility committees as assigned.
      Administer PRN medications and treatments as necessary.
      Participate in resident care conferences as scheduled.
      Assume accountability for data contained in the employees' handbook.
      Review and revise resident care plan input and report to interdisciplinary team.
      Observe infection control procedures.
      Document daily notes on unstable residents, Medicare residents and recently admitted residents.
      Supervise the application and removal of all postural supports and restraints.
      Be responsible for the safety of residents under his/her supervision.
      Observe all facility safety policies and procedures.
      Come to work in a clean, neat uniform and consistently present an appropriate professional appearance.
      Follow Resident's Rights policies at all times.
      Consistently work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies and ancillary service providers.
      Supervise distribution of nourishments.
